2.Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?

No. The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your device. (Note: On some Android versions, scanning for local network / Wi-Fi configurations may trigger a system permission prompt, but the Application itself does not read, log, or store your location data.)
